Slo! brings focused bodywork into real life, so treatment does not become another thing you have to squeeze into the week.
Most of us are used to adding more. More work, more training, more output, more noise. Slo! is about subtracting what’s unnecessary, slowing the system down, and creating enough space for the body to let go of what it doesn’t need to keep carrying.

I’m a Clinical Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapist working independently across South Bucks and selected surrounding areas.
Slo! grew out of hundreds of hours of hands-on work in a busy, award-winning clinic, where I saw the same pattern showing up: people value recovery, but modern life gets in the way.
In clinic, I worked with a wide range of clients, from athletes and performers to nurses, desk-based workers, clients in later life and people managing medical conditions. Different lives, different loads, same need: recovery that fits real life.

First-booking prices are available for new clients only. Standard prices apply after your first booking. Sessions are booked individually for now, so you can stay flexible. Travel outside the usual local area may need to be discussed before confirming.

I spent 25 years in design studios, working with brands and helping ideas move from concept into the real world with clarity and consistency.
That way of seeing still shapes how I approach bodywork. Detail, structure, balance, rhythm, tension and how separate parts relate to the whole are things I naturally pay attention to.
I’ve always been fascinated by human anatomy, psychology and the way people carry life in their bodies, so massage therapy did not feel like a random reinvention. It felt like a more direct expression of the same instincts. Less screen, more presence, more real-time connection with people.
I started training in 2019, and the more I learned, the more it made sense. This work gave me a practical way to support people with training load, posture, repetition, fatigue, stress and the nervous system.
Slo! grew from that overlap. Design thinking, hands-on treatment and a deep interest in helping people move through the world with more ease.
